Refund Policy:

Terms & Conditions

Please choose your tubers carefully as we do not offer refunds, order cancellations, or returns for change of mind once an order is confirmed.

Before placing your order, here are the main terms you agree to at checkout:

 - Tuber Quality Guarantee: Every tuber sent will be healthy and intact with at least one viable eye, ready to grow under proper care. (Note: In accordance with Victorian biosecurity rules, sprouts over 10mm may be trimmed back before posting, this does not harm the tuber).

- Order Processing & Inventory: Stock is not held in your cart; items are reserved only after checkout is complete. If stock errors occur, we reserve the right to refund unavailable items or offer a replacement.

- Shipping & Delivery: Ensure your delivery address is accurate. Inspect your package upon arrival, if any tubers arrive damaged, please notify us with photos within 72 hours of delivery (including parcel arrival at your post office).

- Growth & Storage Disclaimer: While we provide healthy stock and follow strict horticultural sanitation standards, variables like weather, planting conditions, soil, and garden pests are outside our control once tubers are in your care.

 - Mislabels: If a tuber flowers out-of-type, send us a photo during bloom time and we will happily resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Tubers will be shipped via Australia Post in October (once the eyes are visible).

We will provide you with a tracking number once posted. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to Australia Posts error.

Once you receive your dahlia package, make sure you open the package and review the dahlias to ensure that you have received the correct package and the dahlia tubers aren’t damaged. We are not responsible for dahlias failing to grow once they are received as their success depends on a number of factors outside of our control.

Storage - Open up the paper bags to allow airflow and store in a cool dark, well ventilated spot until you are ready to plant.

No International Shipping: Our tubers are for Australian gardens only to protect Australian breeders' rights. Orders placed from overseas or intended for export will be cancelled and a 25% processing fee will apply.

No Direct Shipping to Quarantine States (WA / TAS / NT): Due to strict interstate biosecurity regulations, we cannot ship directly to Western Australia, Tasmania, or the Northern Territory.
